What We Collect

• •Account basics: when you create an account with Google sign-in, we receive your name and email address.
• •Workspace content: the information you and your team enter into your workspace (organizational profiles, documents, proposals, budgets, and related work product) is stored in your workspace.
• •Purchase records: when you purchase a membership, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We store your purchase record and membership status; we never see or store your card number.
• •Emails: transactional emails (receipts, invitations, session reminders) are sent through our platform's built-in email service.
• •Usage basics: standard website analytics to understand how the platform is used.

How We Use It

To operate your workspace and membership, process payments, send service communications (session reminders, invitations, renewal notices), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Who Has Access

Your workspace data is visible only to you, your team members, and Resiliency Studio administrators supporting the program. Our service providers are: Stripe (payment processing), Google (account sign-in), Kit (email marketing), and Base44 (platform hosting). Each handles your data under their own privacy and security standards, and we only share what is needed to provide the service.

How We Protect Your Privacy

Your privacy is protected at several levels. You sign in with Google's secure authentication, we never see or store your password. Your workspace content is visible only to you, the team members you invite, and Resiliency Studio administrators who support the program. Team invitations are scoped to your workspace only, no member's team can see another organization's data. Payment card information is handled entirely by Stripe under their security standards, we never see or store card numbers. The platform runs on Base44's managed infrastructure with encrypted connections in transit. When a membership ends or a subscription is canceled, workspace access is deactivated. If you ever have a privacy concern, contact us at work@resiliencystudio.com and we will respond.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by contacting us at work@resiliencystudio.com. Deleting your account removes access to workspaces; we will delete your personal data as described in our retention practices. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message. Transactional emails about your membership, receipts, and invitations are not marketing and continue while your membership is active.
